She went and looked up the
data that I asked for.

Here is the date, taken from :
<br It is also about the changing attitude towards art presented on computer in our society.

Betsy and Roger took their vows at five o'clock. The ceremony was short and so was the party afterward. When the last guest had left, Nita and Tara left with Betsy and her new husband, Roger. They went to the newlyweds' apartment.

After they were in the apartment, Nita, Roger and Tara sat down on the comfortable sofa at the spacious living room.

Betsy then went into the bedroom to change her clothing, while Roger told them a few things about their plans for later on. When Betsy returned, she decided to start opening the gifts. She opened Tara's first.

Tara's gift was an image of a Lady with a trumpet, that she created some time ago. Nowadays it was displayed on one of the Internet's Virtual Galleries. Tara knew Betsy liked it because she had called her to say how much she had enjoyed looking that image just some minutes later Tara had posted it. Hoping to give something special to Betsy, a week before her wedding Tara took her Notebook and went to a printer and instructed him to print that image onto a heavy glossy paper. Then Tara took the image and went to a nearby frame-shop, where Tara had the image framed and wrapped in fancy wrapping paper.

After opening it, Betsy graciously thanked Tara for it and went on to unwrap another gift that she had received from one of her relatives.

Nita was looking at the framed picture while Betsy had put it aside to open the other gifts.

Nita remembered that Tara'd given her a copy of the same image when she asked for one a few months earlier.

"Oh, I had that image, too," Nita remarked.

"Had? And what did you do with it?" Tara asked. Nita didn't answer.

"What happened to it?" Tara asked again.

"I made a note of the URL where it's posted online and then I threw the image away," she answered.

Tara was deeply hurt. The gift she had given Nita may not have been framed or wrapped in fancy paper, but Tara'd spent a small fortune to have it printed on heavy, glossy paper. "Nita," Tara asked, "why did you throw away my image after you'd asked me for it? I printed it especially for you."

Nita then replied, "I didn't throw it away because I didn't like it. You know very well that I liked it. I thought keeping it was a waste of space. It's on the Internet, so if I want to look at it, I can see it there."

"But Nita, I went through the expense and trouble of having that image duplicated especially for you because I know you liked it. Frankly, I really don't think what you did was okay," Tara said, "I want you to understand what I've done for you. I wanted you to keep it. Nita blushed when she was confused. Tara knew and understood her well. Yet, Tara could tell that Nita was convinced she'd done the right thing. Once I heard on the radio about a show of a clown - named Clown John. . He had a show where
he with his partner, would go out to the stage while he is playing a huge trumpet... and his

partner was looking at him from the side and enjoy the music. Suddely the partner starts to

run and steal the trumpet. Clown John, don't run after his partner, quetly gets

out from his suitcase a smaller trumpet... and starts to play the trumpet... his partner steal it

once again. And it goes that way... Clown John plays smaller and smaller trumpets, and his

partner steal all of them... one by one... till Clown John gets from his suitcase a very small trumpet,

and when the partner comes to steal it... Clown John simply eats the tiny trumpet... Why eating it... I remembered one of my favourits movies.

The name of the movie is 'Chocolat' with Dench, Depp, Molina and etc...

The movie is about a woman and her daughter and the woman's chocolate shop in a small French village. The woman sells her hand made chocolates. In the chocolates she puts all kind of spices also like: black pepper. When she opens the shop there are few people who like her chocolate, but people eventually like very much her chocolate.

I like movies about the simple pleasures in life :)... like enjoying eating a good chocolate :), or enjoying eating a little cake [cake eating is one of the short stories I wrote, you can find it on AD...]... or eating that nice dish that I received its recipe just now from my friend.

Paying It Forward

I just uploaded another short story of mine to AD -- named 'The proof'.

This short story is about a full figured woman. The story is also about a concept... that is about 'Paying It Forward'.

I beleive in the great concept of Paying It Forward. I chose to be good - because it satisfies me more to please people then doing otherwise. Also, all my life I was surronded by people who were in need of helping spirits.

Being nice unconditionally

The other day I saw on DVD Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason, and I enjoyed it very much. It is the second Bridget Jones movie. And I have to tell you I would have enjoy that work even if I wouldn't see the first one.

I liked each moment of it. Especially I was found of two scenes. The first one when I Bridget squat down to a dog, that she though it was a friendly puppy. She was so charmingly innocent while playing with the dog, that she even hadn't got angry when it turned out that the dog was a 'drug sniffer'... and she had been arrested for drug smuggling .

The other scene I liked so much was the scene where Bridget run into an office where she thought her lover is... and withough really checking out who is the person she is talking to... saying something like that: I loved you, I love you... I always will... When it turnes out that the person isn't her lover... she gets embarrased and says something like that: I didn't love you, I don't love you... I never will...

Why is that...

I heard today that sentence... and I liked it...

'God looked at my work and was pleased... than looked at my salary and become sad...

Valentine's Day -- 2005-2

I work so hard on my little stories... and whe I get a nice review I am really happy... here is one that I wanted to share with you...

'You've got a great plot and wonderful inner conflict going on.'

Multitasking

I just found that quote on the Internet... One of my ladyfriends who is taking a writing class, asked my permission to take one of my works to her writing class.

She wrote that they have a class assignment to use editing tools they have learned and apply them to an online story.

She wrote me that these editing tools seem to be brutal on a piece, but she have had a few of her stories done by editing committees and it's proved to be a wonderful thing. Her stories have been enhanced completely by them.

I happily give my permission for using one of my stories for her class assignmet. Actually I felt a great honor that my work will be showcased in her class... and I even don't mind that there is a great possibility that the review I will get back will be harsh.

finding things

The other day I take out the 'The Princess Diaries 2' from the video store. I was happy that I did that.

A year after that a moron computer guy 'messed up' my computer... deleted a lot of professional and artwork of mine... and what he left scattered all over in my hard-drive... I am still re-storing the things that he 'in his generosity' left on my hard-drive.

All of you who went through that experience... knew well how hard to put away each day a given time... in order to do the job of 're-storing'. Anyway, I am like a cast-away on the open see on a desert island... that look for the smallest thing... to cheer up her... to help her to keep going... I am always on the lookout for finding something to cheer me up a little...

Back to that movie... I like romantic comedy... so I really enjoyed that work... from the beginning till the end. But there was a scene that I enjoyed most.

Anne Hathaway [the princess]... tells to Julie Andrews [her grandmother on the movie --- please note: it isn't a direct quote.. ]' I lost it...'... And Julie Andrews with great surprise look at her and says: 'What do you say - you lost it... we supposed to find things... not to loose them...'

And I am wondering... why my mother never told me that?

"KidBooks --The Wild Virtual Enchanted Garden - picture book"

it isn't yours....

The other day I cought a TV show... that I think is a re-run. The name of the show is: Queer Eye for the Straight Guy-- where The Fab Five restyles a choosen guy's apartment, wardrobe and almost every aspect of his life.

There are several reasons that I like that show... one of them is that show allows straight and gay men to relate to each other with understanding.

The other reason is: that I always find there something... that reminds me an episode from my own life. I liked that given episode that I am going to write about because I could relate to its main character very much.

In this episode the main character was Steven who was the co-host of a live show about rock music. He has been recognised as an rock music guru. Steven and her girlfriend's home was dominated by her stuff, giving very little space of his personality.

As the show progressed, Steven's new look was revealed: first to her girlfriend, and then on the TV show where Steven participated.

As Steven arrives to his TV show... all the other participants of that show adore his new look. One of the ladies likes so much so Steven's belt, -- that was made from a playfully printed silk necktie -- that she took it -- without asking permission -- and put it on her neck... as a trendy sal. She didn't take it down... till the end of the show... and I couldn't see if she ever give it back to Steven.

Based on what I learned about Steven's personality... no sign about it in his apartment -- I assume -- he never asked it back, and never get it back... never get that precious necktie back.

small problems of life

You can see I like to write different genres... my works sometimes can be fall under the cathegory of 'woman', 'culture', children... and so on. But all have a common trait.
What I like to write about... are the small problems of life.

I encountered into many rude reviews on my writings... for example for my 'Valentine's Day': I got a review: 'Why so much going on about a CAKE??? It's a gift to do with as you wish. Eat what you want then throw the rest out.. what is this story about? Friendship... or cake and diets...?? "

I just thanked to that person... because tell you the trueth... It was sweet, and you were able to completely capture the intracate smaller problems of life, and the thought process behind them.

I especially loved the wine bottle, Happy Birthday handwritten on it. It gave a real, personal touch to the piece, as did the numerous people that helped to make the cake.
